My weight and body has always been an issue of mine – like probably every single female on earth I hear you cry! However recently I’ve really really been hating how I look and feel.
I’ve never been small and happy with my body but I wasn’t really bothered about it. I would have loved to have been one of the thin girls at school and felt body confident but I never had the motivation or just cared in general to make it happen. From growing up on a farm and doing a bit of manual labour it meant I was a lot stronger than everyone else – even the boys so I thought that was pretty cool!
All this has changed from spending the last few years basically just on the sofa doing nothing. I have no stamina, am always tired, been down on my body and had zero self confidence, hiding away under baggy clothes. Of course this has come from my body really changing through two pregnancies. It’s the best reason to have a body you aren’t happy with as you get something far better out of it but it doesn’t change the fact that I want to change and I need to. Now.
Since my motivation levels are super low I have come up with an idea that maybe I will be pushed further by doing a series of blog posts to share with you all then I will have to do it so I don’t let anybody down! So here goes!

(This was actually the same weight that I was after having Amelia when I started Slimming World and lost almost 2 stone in a few months!)

Exercise: I spent an hour running around the gymnastics gym with Amelia which made me pretty yucky and sweaty so I suppose that counts as exercise?!

Exercise: Walk 2 hours – I was helping out down at Jack’s lake which meant a lot of lifting, walking, hammering, tugging and chopping! I just guesstimated the 2 hours but it was more that likely more!

Exercise: Walk – 40 minutes
Overall this week hasn’t been too bad on the exercise front. Isn’t it funny how when we think we haven’t done anything at all it turns out that we have actually done quite a bit!
I would have liked to do way more cardio and my Charlotte Crosby DVD but we’ve been pretty hectic and I expect next week will be very similar.
Fingers crossed for a good loss!
