Fitness: My Routine

These past few months I’ve been working out a lot at the gym and it’s been great! Since I’m having so much fun with my fancy new gold gym membership card and a vivid list of classes to try I thought I’d let you all know what classes I’ve been doing:


6pm – 6.55pm BodyAttack


12.30pm – 1.30pm BodyPump

6.50pm – 7.30pm Spin


8pm – 8.45pm Spin

I am having a lot of fun and enjoying the classes I have been doing but I would love to Up my fitness and do a few more things I enjoy as well as trying out new classes, so here is the fitness schedule I would like to have:


6pm – 6.55pm Body Attack


12.30pm – 1.30pm Body Pump

6pm – 6.45pm Body Combat

6.50pm – 7.30pm Spin


10.30am – 11.30am Buggy-Cise


8pm – 8.45pm Spin


6.30pm – 7.15pm Body Ballet


9am – 9.45am Spin

10am – 10.45am Spin

Classes I want to try: 

  • Kettlercise & Abs
  • HIIT
  • BodyCombat
  • Zumba
  • Boxercise
  • Yoga/ Yogalates
  • 20:20:20
  • Zumba Step
  • Body Ballet
  • T3 Pump
  • Buggy-Cise

The main thing I want to do is tone and strengthen my body which is what I’m doing as well as losing weight. I already know I have two left feet but I would still like to try some dance type classes and who knows, maybe I’ll find some kind of unknown sense of rhythm!
