Day Twenty-Two: Your Worst Habits

  • Unhealthy eating
  • Disregarding exercise to ..
  • Being judgmental/quick to judge
  • Having a hard time saying no
  • Doing before thinking
  • Overthinking

I think a lot of people do the last two ‘ doing before thinking’ and ‘overthinking’.. with this I mean when I get angry, I will straight away lash out and cause a huge problem before sitting down and thinking and realising that it was completely unnecessary! This usually comes from my over active brain when I am bored at home during the day – hense the overthinking! I really need to work on this so I don’t cause problems that aren’t there.
