Since finding out I am pregnant, I have most definitely turned to google for advice! Google has been the main source of help throughout the first few weeks of pregnancy as I wasn’t overly keen on the idea of my parents finding out yet!
Whilst on Google, I have came across masses of websites containing little freebies for expectant parents. Pregnancy magazines, cuddly toys, free samples, gift cards, money off vouchers and packs kitted out with advice for new parents.
What surprised me the most, is just how many people are completely oblivious to this! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a ‘scrounger’ and I am a firm believer in paying my own way, but babies aren’t cheap! And parents should take every chance they get and take full advantage of these cute little freebies that are offered to help parents!
For me, I just love the idea of being able to try and test products that I may use with my baby. The market is so vast when it comes to baby products so being able to test these odd samples of nappies, wet wipes, formula and soap is a real help for tackling some of those ‘What does my baby need?’ questions.
Personally, my favourites are the Cow & Gate Baby Club that offer a free snuggly cow, a pregnancy diary and a few leaflets with advice in, and Aptamil’s ‘Aptaclub’ that offer a free cuddly polar bear, and nutritional advice tailored to your pregnancy stage delivered to your door and inbox.
Another great one is ‘Emma’s Diary’. With this, you are offered Argos vouchers with £200 off baby supplies, a bump-to-baby pack, and 15% off a photo book to store all of your cute baby snaps! I know for sure this will be a god send fro me as I LOVE to get the camera out and take plenty of photos!
